All items are quality-checked before they are sent.
In the unlikely scenario that your item is damaged, you should notify us of the return within 24 hours days of receiving the goods. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. The item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging. Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items.
