Do I need to order online?

All our orders are processed through an online account that you create with us. We offer an advanced secure online shopping platform so that you can place your order with confidence.

No. All you need is a valid email address to create an online account with us very quickly and easily!

I have received my item and its damaged, what do I do?

We are dedicated to providing the best service to all our customers. However despite our best intentions, things can still go wrong. When they do, it’s important we fix the problems as soon as possible. We always ensure our candles are packaged with love and care but for some reason you have received damaged candle please contact us on  shubha@tranquilaura.com.au. 

Do you make custom orders?

Candles received are not exactly same as picture on website.

Due to the influence of many factors such as display brightness and light brightness, the actual color of the candle may be slightly different from the picture displayed on the website. All our candles are hand made so they cannot be exactly identical. There might be slight variation of size, shape, colour etc. We use in house blend of perfums but we can customise on some occassions.
